3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Account Registration

• Merchant Accounts: Merchants must provide valid Stripe account details to create and manage affiliate programs. They are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate and maintaining sufficient funds for payouts.
• Affiliate Accounts: Affiliates must provide valid payment information (e.g., PayPal email) to receive commissions. They are responsible for promoting programs ethically.

5. Affiliate Programs

Merchants can create affiliate programs, define commission structures, and set terms. Affiliates can join programs and use unique referral links to promote products. Our platform tracks sales and commissions based on these referral links.

6. Payment and Payouts

• Commission Payments: Merchants are responsible for paying commissions to Affiliates via Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payout method selected.
• Payout Schedule: Payments are made according to the schedule set in the affiliate program. Late payments may result in account suspension.

7. User Responsibilities

• Merchants: Must comply with laws related to advertising, affiliate marketing, and payment processing.
• Affiliates: Must use ethical marketing practices and not engage in fraudulent activities.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access to accounts, or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and trademarks on the platform are the property of meet-affiliates.com. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
